National Conference of Pallottine Educators (NCPE) 2025
The First National Conference of Pallottine Educators (NCPE) 2025 was held at Pillar, Madurai, from 27–29 August 2025, on the theme “Leading with Faith, Serving with Vision – Pallottine Education at 75.” The event was organized by the Conference of Major Superiors – India.It brought together 72 participants from all Pallottine expressions found in India: Fathers, Congregation of the Sisters of the Catholic Apostolate, Pallottine Missionary Sisters of the Catholic Apostolate, Khristu Sevikas and Cenacle Sisters.
Fr. Paul Puthuserry CSC, renowned Educationalist, led two sessions as the main resource person. Other notable presentations included Fr. Paul Chandrankunnel’s “Pallottine Education at 75 and its Evangelical Dimension for the Future,” Fr. Rahul Philip’s “Pallottine Education Legacy Worldwide” and Fr. Joseph Koovely’s “Pathways to Excellence and Innovation.” A special message from the Rector General was read out by Fr. Rahul Philip who represented the General Council.
Participants found the conference very beneficial as it addressed various issues related to State regulations and demands; practical issues faced by schools from students and staff.
The conference concluded with a picnic to Rameshwaram, adding a joyful note to the fruitful days of reflection, sharing, and fellowship.
